An adventure to remember
On May14, 2022, Jane and I took the trip of a lifetime. We toured the country in our 5th Wheel camper.
Why camping? For the last 5 years we have been weekend camping in our little teardrop camper and found the experience a welcome respite from our hectic lives.
Our trip was designed so we can live at a much slower pace than we have become accustomed to. We wanted to exercise every day, get a lot of sun, and meet new people. Jane has been experiencing some mild cognitive decline, so the ultimate goal was to cram in as many memories as possible.
We are back home now and the experience was sublime. We traveled for 54 weeks and arrived back in Maine on June 2nd, 2023
As winter sets in here in Maine, I have decided to post some political/philosophical writing along with some pictures from our life here in Portland Maine.
We will be spending more time in the camper next summer and we will post those adventures as they happen.
